Dil Raju's Assistant-Directors Weeping

                    Dil Raju is not just a producer who unloads money in director's pockets. His penchant for filmmaking made him intervene in each and every department right from direction to art, music to dubbing and distribution to release. But, are the team under him is satisfied? 


                  An insider from Dil Raju camp says a solid 'NO', when questioned about the future of assistant directors working in his team. Under condition of anonymity he revealed few things and here they are you. Till now there are almost 50-60 assistant directors associated with Dil Raju's company 'Sri Venkateswara creations' and only 4-5 of them are promoted as directors. Generally, the director takes a call on his team, but here at Dil's office, he finalizes who should work in the direction team and their responsibilities. So, even if an outsider like Dasarath directs a film for him, the assistants' team belongs to Dil Raju only. Other than this, a film is taking more than 1-2 years to complete and these fellows work 24x7 without any leaves and holidays with no scope for 'personal life'. 


                 However, Cine pundits say that such hard work and rigorous training is required to become one Puri or Vinayak. While some of the team is weeping like this, some are racing to become directors under the production of DilRaju itself.
