Cricket Australia Dominate On Day-1 At Adelaide Test

                 The recent debacle of Team India on Test Fronts in Foreign lands is going to haunt the `Dhoni Sena’ in the coming days.


                 Team India’s deficiency in the bowling department seems to be well exposed by the Australian batsmen. On the first day at the Adelaide Oval, Adelaide, Australia, Team India play their fourth test against the hosts. Having lost the series already the morning opened up with a ray of hope. The hosts won the toss and for a change elected to bat. The morning few overs were very good for the tourists, when they made a huge impact on the initial wickets of the hosts. Australia was 3 wickets down in 26 overs for a mere score of 84. The top order collapsed in the form of David Warner, Shaun Marsh and Ed Cowan. And the initial success was taken by Zaheer grabbing a wicket and Ashwin garnering two. But that was the end of delight for the tourists.


                Star batsmen Ricky Ponting and Michel Clarke went on a rampage and exposed the weak bowling prowess of the tourists.  Between them they enjoyed a good partnership knock of 251 in 385 balls. At the end of the first day play at Adelaide, both the veterans were playing at the crease and shall resume their partnership on the second day too. Clarke was not out with 140 runs and Ponting was unbeaten at137. The bowlers were in jitters by the end of the day.
